THE DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ALL BIDS AND IS NOT BOUND TO ACCEPT ANY BID.A guided walk through of the Property will be conducted one time only by the District on Wednesday 24th day of March, 2021 at 3:30PM. Interested bidders shall meet at the front entrance of the main building located at 9650 N Government Way, Hayden. In the event the successful Bidder intends to demolish the existing buildings located on the Property, the District reserves the right to remove all interior fixtures (including without limitation all sinks/water fountains/toilets, HVAC equipment etc.) prior to demolition at no additional cost to the Districtthis salvage right will survive Closing.
